On Twitter , user @ evleaks , causing a lot of information in the field of mobile phones, has released images of what appears to be the LG Optimus G2 , the successor to the LG Optimus G.
The four pictures posted by @ evleaks seem to be taken from a promotional video of the future smartphone from LG . The South Korean manufacturer has already announced that its high-end smartphone, the Optimus G would have a successor with processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, which also equip the Sony Xperia Z Ultra unveiled on Tuesday.
If the pictures released by @ evleaks provide no information on the technical specifications of theLG Optimus G2 , it seems to offer a wide screen with thin edges and minus buttons on the back that could be used to modulate the volume of the smartphone. LG will hold aconference in New York on August 7 next. The firm could take the opportunity to introduce its new high-end smartphone, a year after the announcement of the Optimus G , which took place in August 2012 .
