iOS 7.1 Beta 2 Released, What's New ?

Apple offers iOS 7.1 beta 2 to download for developers only. Downloads links are already posted on the Dev Center, the update should be available now from the iOS settings for people in the first beta. Compatible devices are always the same, namely those that can already pass iOS 7: iPhone 4 and iPad 2 and iPod touch 5G and more. The update weighs 125 MB on an iPhone 5s. Many users have been able to install and discovered new features. We have grouped everything, here they are :

 • "Touch ID and Password" that allows you to configure the fingerprint sensor of iPhone 5s and the password for the lock screen, now has its own section in the main settings. Until now, you had to go to Settings> General> Touch ID and password.

 • General animations compared to iOS 7.0 were already improved in iOS 7.1 beta 1. They still look better in Beta 2.

 • Lot of bugs has been corrected. This is quite normal after all, the first betas - no matter the software - are filled with them .

 • Control Center has a new bounce animation when you toggle it and a new label to show you which app audio is coming from.

 • New list view redesign in the Calendar application.

 • It is possible to activate an outline around buttons. Thus, one can easily distinguish them in the first glance. Interesting function that operates in the "Accessibility" section in the settings.

 • The option to activate the dark keyboard in iOS 7.1 beta 1 has disappeared in Beta 2.

 • New wallpapers are available on iPad.
