Keyboard
iOS 7 offers, depending on the application a white keyboard or a black keyboard. Now in this version 7.1, the user will have the choice to choose the black version all the time. The choice will be in the accessibility settings.
More Contrast
Always on the side of accessibility options, Apple seems to have decided to give us more choice. As you can see, the section 'Increase Contrast' allows now to reduce transparency or use darker colors. These changes are especially visible on folders and the dock.
Automatic HDR mode
In the camera of iOS 7.1, Apple has added an automatic HDR option. Once this option is enabled, the iPhone automatically selects the best shot. This is the same place where a user can, now, choose to activate or not the HDR mode.
Burst Mode
Available on the iPhone 5S, the burst mode is not new in iOS 7.1. However, Apple has decided to offer to users the choice to upload burst photos to the photo stream or not.
Flickr
The icon of Flickr has received minor adjustments in the iOS settings.
So these were the main new features of the beta version of iOS 7.1. This is the first beta and there will be many more, before a release expected early next year. So the current functions may change, supplemented or even disappear ...
