Google Loon: An Unusual Project For Better Internet

Google is currently testing an original method for providing access to the internet through wifi at very underserved areas (rural ...).

It would launch hi-tech balloons  in the stratosphere (above the aircraft) to cover these areas. At this time thirty balloons are being tested in New Zealand.
