The next Campus is on track and new reports were made available today by the City of Cupertino. This is undoubtedly the best illustrations available to date detailing the new space where Apple engineers and other employees will work. As a reminder, the city of Cupertino has given the green light last month for the construction. Several plans are put forward, from parking in different buildings to the cafeteria.
It is certain that employees will work in excellent conditions. The idea of this campus is that of Steve Jobs. Former Apple boss wanted to create "the best office building in the world "so that its employees take pleasure. Currently, construction is scheduled to be completed in 2015 or 2016.
As you can see, Apple will occupy a very important place with its campus. It will take slightly more than 260 000 m² for up to 6000 cars outside, 2,400 cars in the basement. Suffice to say that the number of employees will be important locally. Apple announces 13,000.
