It was at the Mobile Unpacked 2, the opening of the IFA in Berlin, Samsung has formalized its new high-end device: the Galaxy Note 3, and the least we can say is that Samsung did not skimp on the features of the device. On the menu, there is a Snapdragon 800 processor at 2.3GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM and a GPU Adreno 330. As for the Galaxy S4, this version will be offered for a 4G connection while the Galaxy Note 3 with octa-core chip Exynos 5420 is ideal for a 3G connection.
The screen , of 5.68 inches diagonally, is obviously AMOLED with full HD resolution. The camera has 13 megapixel, as well as all the features already available to the Galaxy S4. But in addition, the Galaxy Note 3 will record video in 1080p at 60 frames / second, and 4K.
Expected, and that surely the subject of much criticism , we find the design of its little brother, with an edge in aluminum, but change comes from the back of the unit with a leather finish, which will be declined in three colors: Jet Black, Classic White and Blush Pink.
Despite the passage of a 5.5-inch screen to a 5.7-inch , Galaxy Note 3 loses weight on the scale, with "only" 168g. In terms of dimensions, the smartab will have a thickness of 8.3mm , or 0.3mm more than the Galaxy S4. And this limited thickness feels about the size of the battery with 3200mAh power capacity, running under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
But what would the Galaxy Note 3 be without the stylus, the S-Pen. With this third generation, Samsung brings a new evolution of the stylus with the new Air Command menu. With this intuitive menu, you will find five new features that are Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder and the new S-Note.
Finally the Galaxy Note 3 will be available starting September 25 in 140 countries around the world.
