After the discovery this week of a critical flaw present in the Android code (since version1.6) Bluebox Security has released a free app on Google Play to check if your smartphone is threatened.
The issue is important and allows hackers and developers malware to bypass software security. This is why it appears wise to scan your mobile to verify if it is always vulnerable to the exploit.
Since the report of Bluebox last week, Google has recognized the problem and issued a fix. The latter is in the hands of manufacturers and has already pushed by some manufacturers (Samsung by exmeple).
The application is free. This will reassure (or not) most Android users.
