T3 has created a concept video to show us how they imagine a Smartphone made by Nintendo.
It is well known that Nintendo is not currently going through the best of times because although the Nintendo 3DS successfully maintaining and ease as a leader in portable consoles, it's not like the Wii U, which appears every day to lose more support from major developers , however I think that the possibility of launching an smarthphone is quite far yet.
