A few years ago, you had to have the smallest mobile phone, now it's the opposite happens, the phones are equipped with a screen larger and larger, so the phones are getting bigger. To follow this trend, Samsung has announced two new smartphones baptized "Mega Galaxy", with the larger version which has a screen of 6.3 inches.
The latest smartphone from Samsung will be bigger than the Galaxy Note II, which has a 5.55 inch screen. Samsung asserts that the Galaxy Mega is thin enough to put it in a pocket or hold in one hand.
The 5.8-inch model will have 8 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 64GB with a microSD card.
The 6.3 inch model will offer two versions: 8 GB or 16 GB, and also expandable up to 64GB with a microSD card.
Both have 1.5 GB of RAM.

Samsung provides a global deployment of smartphones Galaxy Megain in Europe and Russia in May.
