When it comes to privacy iOS provides a very limited functionality to protect it. So if you hate it when people start reading your conversations and want to protect your Messages, WhatsApp, or Kik app the only way to do that is to lock the whole device. ConvoProtect is a new tweak that fixes this problem by locking down individual conversations. You can also password protect Group conversation. The best part is that this tweak also supports WhatsApp and Kik messaging apps.
ConvoProtect will give you some added security in these messaging applications by allowing you to lock them down on a per-conversation basis, and even hide the text from them. Doing this will prevent unwanted eyes from reading your text messages, and the flexibility that the tweak gives you is unmatched by free alternatives such as PrivateSMS7.
You can also hide the preview from the message thread view, and do other things with ConvoProtect. You can configure everything that you can do from the extensive preferences pane in the Settings application, which is shown below:

If you want to give ConvoProtect a try, it's available in Cydia's BigBoss repository for $1.99. The tweak requires iOS 7 to be installed. Activator, WhatsApp, and Kik are all optional and not required, as the tweak works just fine with the stock messages application.
