P0sixninja: Something Bigger Than a Jailbreak

The hacker Joshua Hill, better known as p0sixninja, posted a rather cryptic tweet on his Twitter regarding the future of the jailbreak, but especially that of the iOS 7.

In the words of p0sixninja the hacker reserve amazing things for the coming months. The hacker, who contributed to the development and programming of different tools such as Greenpois0n jailbreak, redsn0w, Absinthe and evasi0n, remained calm in recent weeks. As a reminder, in March, p0sixninja announced that it has discovered several vulnerabilities in the iOS and that he has the flaws necessary for the development of a jailbreak.

Yesterday, the hacker posted a tweet on his Twitter more enigmatic when he says "think bigger than a jailbreak." This is not the first time that p0sixninja publishes a tweet like this. Sunday, the hacker said he had worked on "a lot of things these past few weeks" and he reserve "very good things."

However, do not get carried away, let's stay on our guard. If p0sixninja has not worked on a jailbreak, then on what he has concentrate his neurons? Perhaps a flaw Boot-Rom, or maybe the hacker really worked on a bigger jailbreak. The last hacker how have successfully dug up a flaw Boot-Rom was GeoHot. The hacker was able to discover and exploit the flaw. Vulnerability scope name Limera1n and has jailbreaked iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch 3G and 4G, as well as the first generation iPad for several years.

For the moment, we have no idea what p0sixninja is reserving for us. Flaws used with evasi0n were all filled by Apple in iOS 7. We'll know probably benefit in the coming weeks.
