To combine the OS, this trio has two processors: an Intel Core i7 processor and an Intel AtomZ2580 4500U processor running at 2 GHz to switch to Windows 8 Apps, each coming with an associated storage: 750 GB for Windows 8 and 64 GB (SSD) for Android. The product has to that of a 11.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (1080p) and a detachable keyboard to transform the ultrabook to a tablet.
The idea of the Transformer Book Trio is to offer the best of both worlds , in one side, a work environment with Windows 8 and in another pro access to applications that are not available on Android including, for example Microsoft Office. This configuration is working with the tablet connected to the keyboard (same principle as a Transformer Pad from the same manufacturer). Once your work is done and when you want to move to your leisure, you can switch to Android and take advantage of the vast library of system applications including the thousands of mini-games. A third configuration is possible, allowing you to connect the tablet to a monitor or TV to use desktop mode.
Asus makes the transition between the two systems to synchronize data and find them immediately where they were left when you go from one to the other. Asus promises up to 15 hours of battery life
