After you install the tweak, you will be able to re-route the Weather application to open the Yahoo Weather application. In other words, you can tap on Apple’s Weather application icon on the home screen, and the Yahoo! Weather application will open. This is especially useful for those that like the Yahoo! Weather application itself, but don’t like the application icon. It’s also a nice way to keep Apple’s iPhone looking iPhone-like, but while still having the benefits of the better Weather application.
The tweak can also re-route the Notification Center widget to launch the Yahoo! Weather application instead of Apple’s Weather application:
